LD model new-style single beam crane is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole,used together with CD1,MD1 model electric hoist as a complete set,it is light duty crane with a capacity of 1t-20t. The span is 7.5m-28.5m. Working duty is A3-A4. Working temperature is -25-40C degrees.
This product is widely used in plants,warehouses,material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible,explosive or corrosive environment.
This product has two operational methods,ground or operational room which has open model and closed model and can be installed on left or right side according to the practical situation. And the direction of entering the gate has two forms,sideway and ends in order to satisfy the users,choice under different conditions.
1.Main girder:it is processed by medium-frequency quenching technology,and this will increase the intensity and strength of the steel. And also the metal painting specializes in shot-blasting technology,this can protect your color and the color can be customized as your requirement.
2.End beam:Single beam motor crane work as long travelling mechanism,and it combines with beam,wheel,motor,reducer,brake and other parts. The steel plate adopts shot blasing and high quality painting,High quality raw material. the end beam is connection with bearing beam.
3.Electric hoist:Can be divided into two main kinds,CD1 and MD1 ,CD1 provides normal speed,it is usually used common materials. And the MD1 can achieve two speeds,the normal speed and low speed. The low speed can meet your precise working demands.
4.Motors:It is used specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting,reversing&braking in accordance with ISO9001:2000 ISO14001:2004. Motors are totally enclosed in dust proof construction foot/flange mounted TESC/TEFC.
